IMPORTANT! Prepare all your materials before beginning the form. Once you begin, you cannot make changes or exit the form.
Entries must be submitted by the creator of the original work. Only original, previously unpublished works will be considered. Limit one entry per child/youth. Deadline for entries is 5:00 p.m. on February 28, 2018. Late entries will not be considered.
